Grapes 101 provides an in-depth look (& taste!) into the world\u2019s most well-known wine grapes.\n
\nThis course is broken into four classes: two focus on grapes grown in all major wine-producing regions (\u201cinternational\u201d grapes) & two focus on grapes grown in stricter geographic areas (\u201cindigenous\u201d grapes.)\n
\nWe will learn about the characteristics, wine styles & key regions of each grape & taste as we go. In addition, we will discuss food pairings, serving guidelines, & more. Each class will conclude with a comparative tasting of all varietals & discussion.\n
\nIf you love wine but want to learn more about what you\u2019re drinking, what you like & why you like it, this class is for you! The goal is to expand your palate & make you more confident when you\u2019re ordering or buying wine.<\/span><\/p>
