In this class, we will start by understanding the production side of sparkling wine- typical grapes, production methods & key styles. We will then learn about & taste the key sparkling wines of the world, including Champagne, Cr\u00e9mant, Cava & Prosecco.
\nYou don\u2019t have to break the bank to enjoy a fabulous sparkling wine. With the information you learn in this class, you will know what to look for when buying sparkling wines & be empowered to branch out & try something new!
